About Sablux

Sablux is a 100% Senegalese real estate group founded in 2009, with more than seventy residential programmes to its name across the region. In April 2026 it opened Sablux Gambia, its Gambian subsidiary, to bring that track record to the country’s Atlantic coastline.

Its first Gambian address, Infinity Coast in Brufut, is a statement of intent: four residential blocks on a 6,000 m² oceanfront site, a full level of resort-style amenities, and apartments from one bedroom to a 692 m² penthouse. A second project, Elysium, brings a terraced mixed-use tower with a sky pool lounge to Kanifing.

Vision & approach

How they build

Sablux designs for the way people actually live by the sea. At Infinity Coast, architecture by Sidera Architecture draws on the coastal cliffs of Brufut — organic, layered balconies that open every home to the ocean.

Amenities are treated as part of the home rather than an afterthought: indoor pool, spa, gym and yoga studio, cinema, library and children’s spaces are grouped on a dedicated level, with retail at ground floor and secure parking below.

In Kanifing, Elysium applies the same thinking to city living: a terraced tower with offices, a café and retail below, and a sky pool lounge and residents’ floor above.

Ownership is structured to be reachable from anywhere. Milestone payment plans tie each instalment to visible construction progress, from subscription through to handover.
