Who we are
Lux Real Estate is part of Lux Creation Group, 242 North Avenue 25, Los Angeles, CA 90031, USA, with an office at 78 Atlantic Blvd, Bakau, The Gambia. What we collect
Enquiries: when you send an enquiry on the website or in the app, we receive the details you enter — your name, email address and, if you choose, your phone number, country, the property you are interested in, budget, purpose, preferred way to contact you and your message.
Technical information: our website host (Vercel) processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type to deliver pages securely. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on the website or in the app.
On your device only: the app stores your saved homes, notification preferences and a copy of the property catalogue on your phone so it works offline. This information is not sent to us. The website may also keep pages you have visited in your browser so they open offline.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, send you the price lists, videos and information you asked for, arrange calls, video tours and viewings, and keep a record of our conversations with you. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email relay service. Our website and app content are hosted by Vercel. Maps on property pages are provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when a map loads.
If you ask us to, we pass your details to the developer of the property you are interested in so they can provide reservation documents. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Notifications
If you turn on reminders in the app, they are scheduled on your phone for events you choose, such as live tours and viewing days, and for price changes on homes you have saved. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in your phone settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to help you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them. Data stored in the app stays on your phone until you remove it or uninstall the app.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing realestate@luxcreationgroup.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, the United Kingdom or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.
There are no user accounts in the app, so there is nothing to sign out of; to delete data stored on your phone, clear saved homes in the app or uninstall it.
Children
Our website and app are intended for adults looking to buy property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
Our website and app use encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
